For the sake of the best possible experience while using our services, we collect the following data:

  • Also, in the previously mentioned contact form there is also an Attachment option, in which it is possible to send only documents in MS Word or PDF format, the primary purpose of which is to enable our business partners to attach business documents, i.e. to enable potential candidates for employment relation to attach a CV or other relevant documentation.
  • Automatically collected information: When you use our services, certain information is automatically collected, such as information about your IP address, cookies, etc., which is ultimately collected by the hosting provider MINT HOSTING DOO.

All collected data is submitted through the contact form exclusively to our official e-mail address.

Sharing of information

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

  • When it is necessary to provide services or to fulfill legal obligations.
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of the company, where your information will be transferred.

Purpose of data processing

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • We collect, store, use and process your information to provide you with our Services, identify you when you log in, provide customer support and operate and maintain the Services we provide

Our Services are not intended for persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

Legal ground for the processing of personal data

We will process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • performing a contract with you in accordance with Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR, if you have a business relationship with us;
  • our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1)(f), for example our desire to improve the website; to keep you up to date with our business activities and events;
  • to comply with the legal obligation to which we are subject in accordance with Article 6 (1)(c);

We process data primarily in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of BiH" 49/06, 76/11 and 89/11) and all other regulations governing this matter in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska.

The consent of the data subject in terms of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", No. 49/2006, 76/2011 and 89/2011 - correction) implies any specific and conscious indication of the data subject's desire given by the data subject's free will his consent for his personal data to be processed.

We process the data of persons residing or staying in the territory of the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 87/2018).
